We are really sorry but we have taken the difficult decision to only sell to the UK for the forseeable future, as it is becoming very hard to be sure that no additional customs or fees will be due, even when we have done everything we believe is neccessary prior to shipment.
We very reluctantly suggest that if you are ordering from outside the UK, you should see if an international marketplace has the book available instead.
